Yes. We encourage new buyers to begin with a trial lot so your R&D and QC teams can validate the material in their own process before scaling. Trial quantities and first-order pricing are quoted on request, and we're happy to align the trial batch to the same specification you intend to buy in bulk.

How do we request a quote?

Send us the botanical name, the standardised marker and percentage you need (for example, 95% curcuminoids by HPLC), your target quantity, destination country and any certification requirements. Do you supply private-label and custom formulations?

Yes. Beyond standard extracts we offer custom standardisation, tailored extract ratios, blends and private-label packaging. Tell us the marker, ratio, particle size or carrier you need and we'll confirm feasibility, MOQ and lead time for the customised product.

Are samples available, and what is the lead time?

Yes — we provide representative samples for evaluation, typically in 10–50 g quantities depending on the product. Samples usually dispatch within a few business days once the specification is confirmed; international transit time then depends on the courier and destination. Sample and courier costs are quoted upfront and are often adjusted against a subsequent commercial order.

What documents ship with each order?

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) specific to that lot. On request we also provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS), technical specification sheet, allergen statement, and a botanical/origin or non-GMO declaration where applicable. Is the COA batch-specific?

Yes. The COA is issued per production batch and is tied to a unique lot code, so the results you receive correspond to the exact material in your shipment — not a generic template. The lot code links the shipment back to its batch and raw-material records for full traceability.

Can you provide an allergen and non-GMO statement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Allergen statements and, where the supply chain qualifies, non-GMO declarations are available on request and are matched to the requirements of your destination market. If you have a specific regulatory format or questionnaire, send it across and we'll complete it for the product in question.

How are your extracts standardised and tested?

Accepted Answer

Standardised grades are quantified against defined marker compounds — for example curcuminoids, withanolides or gymnemic acids — using HPLC, with identity and potency confirmed through accredited testing. Each batch is screened for the relevant contaminants (heavy metals such as As, Pb, Cd, Hg, plus microbial limits and pesticide residues) to the limits of your target market, and the results appear on the COA.

Which certifications and quality systems do you operate under?

We currently operate under GMP and an ISO 9001:2015 quality management framework, use NABL-accredited laboratories for batch testing, and are FSSAI-licensed for food-grade botanical ingredients. Further certifications (such as HACCP/FSSC 22000, organic, Kosher and Halal) are either in progress or arranged per product and market on request. We don't claim certifications we don't hold — every certification claim is confirmed with documentary proof before an order is placed.

Can you meet a specific marker percentage or pharmacopoeia spec?

In many cases, yes. We can target a defined marker percentage by HPLC and align to common pharmacopoeial or buyer-specific specifications where the botanical and process allow. How are the extracts packed, and what is the shelf life?

Extracts are typically packed in food-grade double polyethylene liners inside fibre or HDPE drums, with desiccant and tamper-evident sealing to protect against moisture and contamination. Standard shelf life is commonly around 24 months from manufacture when stored cool, dry and away from direct light — the exact retest/expiry date is stated on each batch COA. Custom pack sizes are available on request.

What are your typical lead times?

Ready-stock items can dispatch within a few business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or custom-standardised batches generally take longer, depending on raw-material availability, the standardisation target and required testing. Your quotation states the committed lead time, and we keep you updated through production and dispatch.

Which markets do you export to, and what export documentation do you provide?

We supply manufacturers and formulators across multiple international markets. Export shipments are accompanied by the standard commercial and regulatory paperwork — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the applicable product certificates — with additional country-specific documents prepared as your market requires. What payment terms and Incoterms do you work with?

We work with internationally recognised Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB and CIF) and agree payment terms per order and customer relationship; first orders are commonly arranged against an advance or a secure instrument, with terms reviewed as the relationship develops.
